The Independent Centre for the Development of Environmental Resources (ICDER)
ICDER is a non-governmental association. The purpose of the association is to implement programs and projects that contribute to the defense of the constitutional right to a clean and balanced environment, to the development of the non-governmental sector in Romania and to the improvement of decision-making processes in public administration.

InfOMG offers objective, alternative information to the public about the genetically modified organism (GMO) situation in Romania and contributes to public awareness about the negative social, economic and biodiversity impact of this biotechnology. The members of the board of directors are specialized in juridical consultancy, genetic science and activism.

Slow Food Turda
This association, part of the international Slow Food movement, stabilizes relationships with producers, realizes campaigns for the protection of traditional food products, organizes tastings and workshops, encourages cooks to use local produce, promotes producers at local and international events, and fights for the education of these values in schools.

Ratiu Center for Democracy The Ratiu Center for Democracy is a non-profit organization which seeks to further the ideals of the late Ion RaĊ£iu, a life-long advocate for democracy. The Center's mission is to encourage non-partisan promotion of the values and behaviors associated with democracy. This mission is accomplished through a wide range of activities at local, national and international level.
